The Purpose of the Marriage Ministry at the Lancaster Vineyard Church is to help people who are married or getting married, draw closer to discipleship with Jesus Christ. The Marriage Ministry supports the mission statement of the Lancaster Vineyard Church…More Christians, Better Christians. We strive to impact relationships in Fairfield County, and the counties surrounding it. The Lancaster Vineyard Church Marriage Ministry offers practical tools to build effective relationships. Our mission is to empower couples with these tools that not only help for the present and future, but address the past and close off chapters that will allow for healing and reconciliation. We strive for stronger marriages, longer marriages.
Our Core Value is to help marriages grow fuller and stronger through the power of the Holy Spirit and to be reconciled with biblical teachings. We focus on three main areas:
- Single, Dating, and Engaged Couples Mentoring
- Marriage Maintenance Small Groups
- Relationship Rescue Program
Mike and Nancy Milby have been married for 46 years and they head up the team of Mentors that serve in the Lancaster Vineyard Marriage Ministry.
